Ventura Micro Tools manufactures micro welding electrodes for major brand resistance welding machines such as Hughes, Palomar, Amada, Miyachi, Unitek welders.
We offer parallel gap electrodes that match manufacturer specifications in one-piece designs and two-piece designs.
One-piece design is two halves bonded together with a controlled thickness gap insulator in between the two electrodes.
Two-piece design is two separate halves, not bonded together, and the operator sets the gap on the machine.
Choose from quality materials such as Molybdenum, Tungsten and RMWA Class 2 Copper.
